This chain consistantly punches above it,s weight. With some good locations, friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean rooms and breakfast. This one was no exception. Like others have said the location is good for tube & bus travel and with plenty of amenities close by including Hampstead village with all it's great bars & restaurants just a pleasant 15 minute stroll...

I've stayed at this hotel many times, so thought it would be best to review it! My sentiments are pretty much the same as everyone else's in that it's a great location whether you are travelling for business or pleasure. Finchley Road tube station is a 3 minute walk from the hotel and there are more than enough amenities nearby...

Pro's: - Good location - easily accessible to tube, restaurants, and grocery store - Not so expensive for being 25 minutes from central london - Staff is friendly Con's: - Pathetically slow wireless internet with short cables that they charge £7,50/day for. No wifi in the rooms. - When you get a room that faces the street, it's EXTREMELY loud...

London is expensive. There is no way around that. This hotel was one of the least exspensive places we found to stay at and it was well worth the money. Staying at a nice hotel with a free breakfast is a great way to start your day on vacation. This Holiday Inn was spacious by European standards. The bathrooms are...

What a great find! This accomodation for a weekend or longer London break is great. As we drove into London the location is very easy to find just of the end of the M1. The location is perfect for access into London as the underground is a 3 minute walk. Then 5 - 10 minutes and you are at the...

We stayed here for 2 seperate nights over the past week, unfortunately we missed when booking that this hotel still has a whole flooor where smoking is allowed (floor 5) both being ex smokers we found this very offensive but on checking our booking i had ticked next to smoking room, probably not believing that these still existed!!! Aside from...

I picked this hotel because I was visiting London for a few days to see friends who live within walking distance. I was please with my choice, the rooms are clean & safe, the breakfast suffices and it's pretty good value for money. Nothing fancy but somewhere modern & clean to sleep & keep your stuff.

I had to travel to London on business second week of January 2012 and needed to stay at a decent, reasonably priced hotel in a central location. Being a Holiday Inn Priority Club member, I first researched Holiday Inn locations in or close to Central London. I finally settled on the Holiday Inn Express, Swiss Cottage. I must say the...

We spent 3 nights in this hotel and had a great time. We were a family of four (2 Adults and 2 Teenagers) and found the room a little small but we spent very little time in the room. There is coffee\tea making facilities in the room and no problem getting more coffee\sugar\milk if needed. Rooms were clean, staff were...

Booked last minute, we had a great deal which included breakfast and a family room with two young children. The hotel was ideal as it was a stone's throw away from the tube station (so not long to walk in the dark with two kids) and only a short tube journey to the centre. Room was a family room and...
