This gem of a hotel was quiet (double windows) and we walked to theater, museums, the University and leafy squares for five days. We had room service twice because we loved the room and were doing work. And to top it off, I left my eyeglasses behind and the hotel very graciously offered to mail them to me. We will...

I stated here recently for a girls shopping trip. It was just amazing. I loved every second of it and I didn't want to go shopping. We had a lovely time, it's such a buzzy hotel with loads of atmosphere. We drank and ate at the hotel which wasn't the plan but we just didn't want to leave. Perfect for...

Excellent location, beautiful interior decoration. This hotel is almost always very busy, couldn't get a seat in the bar so were offered a seat in the spacious and well appointed drawing room. Didn't eat here this visit. Prices not cheap but very fair for Central London. We will be back.

Following a last minute change my company booked me into this Hotel and I wasn't dissapointed. On entering the hotel there is a checkin lobby with some easy chairs ( and easy access to Oscars ) I was allocated a superior loft suite which was well thought out and tastefully decorated. I liked the split level feel and the quality...

We were promptly welcomed by our waiter - Glenn, who was very pleasent and attentive the whole time. We had just come for...

From the moment you are welcomed at the door, Charlotte Street Hotel feels like a home away from home (or at least the home I wished I had!). The staff are wonderfully friendly and informal. The decor draws your eyes from one beautiful sculpture, work of art, flower to the next. It is a real feast for the eyes. Then...

This is one of the loveliest hotels. I celebrated my bday with a group of approx 14 friends for afternoon tea on a Sunday. The cater for large groups up to 18 with no requirement for deposit like some places. Food choices were very good, we went for vegetarian (shame they don't offer a halal option tho! ), and they...

We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary. On arrival we were offered a room upgrade and complimentary champagne in the bar which were two nice surprises. The room was fantastic, with plenty of space, beautiful decor and a comfortable bed. The service was first class and I recommend the bar which was lively but not too loud.

We stayed in a Deluxe room, which was on the 4th floor and very comfortable. I happen to love the décor by Kit Kemp but the entire experience was lovely. The bathroom is quite spacious with double pedestal sinks, a shower and deep tub. The bed was comfortable and the lighting ample.
