We spent a day at the hotel where check-in was quick, located 250 meters from 23 metro stops and one bus stop nearby. Quiet neighborhood without noise. Nearby pizzeria convenience store that opens late 2330 hrs. The price is affordable with wifi and breakfast with options, not rickety like others. Always water available in the administration and free luggage storage service. 2 elevators of which one is out of service. The bedroom is spacious and clean with a coffee maker and box. The mattress, to my liking, was super bad, it made me sink, not very comfortable for me. Apart from that, everything was very clean and attentive staff.

Holiday Inn Express (HIEX) Earls Court is a wonderful hotel. The pros begin with free breakfast. Although it's same food every day, the variety is very good. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruits - oranges, bananas, apples. The lines to get coffee is always long. So we drink tea. The 24x7 hot water is extremely helpful.
If you want better breakfast, you should book with Hyatt or Hilton and you will pay a lot more.

We considered this hotel vs HIEX Victoria, which is about 33% more expensive. Many tourists attractions start at the Victoria COACH/BUS station, so HIEX Victoria would be a better location. But we chose Earls Court because it is much better value.

Tube stations are walkable (to young people) but not that close to older people like me.
There is a bus stop right in front. 28. It goes to a tube station. In general, we found tube expensive compared to buses. Many tube stations don't have elevators/escalators. Another reason we preferred buses.

The free TFL app gives excellent real time information on what bus/tube you can take.

Uber in London is surprisingly cheap. Other than peak hours, we took Uber. We are over 65. After a whole day of walking, taking uber is a no-brainer.

Room is very quit. We were on the 2nd floor. Very quiet at night. The walls are thick.

AC in the room is probably turned off centrally during the day. Buy if you don't go out, let management know so they can leave it on. We went out every day.

Beds are very comfortable. Not saggy. This feels like a remodeled hotel. A lot of good qualities you can't tell from the outside.

Cons-

The room is small. No safe in the room. No fan in bathroom. I'm trying hard to find some faults. But I really liked this hotel. But I'm giving 5 stars.

We're delighted that you enjoyed your stay and found several positive aspects, such as the free breakfast with a good variety of fresh fruits, the convenient bus stop in front of the hotel, and the comfortable beds. We appreciate your feedback regarding room size, the lack of a safe, and a bathroom fan, which we will consider for future improvements. Thank you for choosing our hotel and we hope to welcome you back soon. Best regards, Reception Team

We chose this hotel as we needed to be in the West of London and have used Holiday Inn in the past .This hotel lives up to the chains reputation and price wise is better than similar style chains .It was very clean and comfortable although I would recommend a twin room even for a couple as the doubles are very small. It was also very quiet .Breakfast is included in the price giving extra value for money . There is a bar on the ground floor but no evening food. The surrounding area is not particularly nice , however the location is good for getting to Heathrow and getting into the center of London by tube, bus or Uber , which are extremely good value. If I were visiting the UK from abroad I am not sure I would find the location pleasant, however the hotel itself is fine and connected well to transport links.

The staff were excellent all round, from the front desk to room service and all else. Rooms were clean on arrival, and housekeeping did a great job. The hotel was full, but the staff never appeared rushed or lost their professionalism. There was a wide range of foods available for breakfast, and tables were cleaned quickly when vacated.

Clean and fresh room! Pleasant and accommodating staff. Nice beds that all three slept very well in at night in our quiet room. My feeling was that the hotel may not have many facilities, but what is there is done well and the room is put in focus - as it should be!

The hotel chain was perceived as unique in Great Britain because all this is included in a good price range: Breakfast (not a given at all in the UK!), AC in the room (also not a given in this price range), up to 18 stay completely free (!), as well as nice, really fresh and quiet rooms. Precisely the rare combination of all these factors at a good price was absolutely decisive for our booking and together saved us several thousand kroner in the competition. Believe me, many hotels in London fail immediately when you start looking for family-friendly combinations like this.

Since the room was so fresh and good, it felt like a smart choice and I would love to stay here again. The negative, if anything, was that the breakfast lacked usual toppings such as ham, eggs and cheese. Here marmalade was available instead. Felt somewhat odd for a Scandinavian anyway. But hard to complain too much as breakfast is not always included to begin with. With yogurt, bread and bacon, I still easily managed this well into lunchtime!

We arrived two hours early and couldn't check-in. However, the staff let us leave our luggage in a secure and safe area in the hotel. The tube is less than a 10-minute walk (district line), so it is a very handy location.

When we eventually checked it, the two rooms needed refurbishment but still good for our purpose. The breakfast was a bit chaotic with eggs, jam and plates running out. However, the staff are friendly, welcoming and pleasant. On that basis, we would visit the IHG hotel again.

We booked a 2 night stay here for two adults and two children ages 9 and 12 and paid just shy of £400.

The room was tiny, our two children were given a small sofa to share. The bed was no more than a 3/4 bed and wholly inadequate for a 9 and a 12 year old to share.

We asked for more pillows and were told there was none. The second night they got us some.

The room was clean but tiny.

The only reason I gave the score I did was due to the great complementary breakfast but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I would love someone from holiday inn head office to explain why a family of 4 were allocated such a small room.

My brother booked this hotel for us all to stay in when we were going to see Midge Ure for his 70th Birthday at the Royal Albert Hall.
On arrival my nephew parked his car in the hotel car park which is joined on to the hotel. Very convenient.
Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. There were tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, TV and Iron, and the bathroom and shower were very modern.
Breakfast was a good selection of hot English Breakfast or buffet style continental alongside cereal. Really nice.
All in all we enjoyed our stay here and it was a perfect location for local bars and restaurants too.

Hotel very well placed

Close to the metro (about 10 minutes walk)

We were not in the main building but in the renovated part of the hotel

Little flat you have to go out to have breakfast in the main building... in November it stings a little;)

The room and bathroom are of correct size

Cleaning is done every day and towels are changed

If you have forgotten your power adapter you can buy it at the reception for £5

Reception staff and service staff are all super friendly and responsive

The breakfast is very good in buffet self-service

The hotel also has a small corner dedicated to dogs (two cups at their disposal)

Hotel with a family spirit in which we had a pleasant stay

A few km from the center but with the metro practically in front, you can reach the center of London in about 20 minutes and all the other desired locations. The only flaw is the small size of the rooms, otherwise everything was ok, cleanliness, courtesy but above all the excellent breakfast consisting of eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, meat and vegan sausages, English beans, normal, wholemeal and gluten-free toast free, jams, porridge, cereals, unlimited croissants, hot drinks and fruit juices, all always replenished very quickly unlike many other hotels where you have to wait to find more food! The staff in the room were very kind and quick in cleaning the tables. We had booked the room with breakfast included, in reality even if we hadn't booked it, we could have eaten anyway because no one checks! If you want to take some food to your room you can do it easily!

It seems a little unlikely. Even if you book the room on the internet and pay with a credit card, the minor will be checking in him/herself and the staff at reception will see that he/she is underage.
