Lovely Hotel. Service is great and staff are happy to help. Great rooms with nice furnishings. Beds are large and comfy. Love the cute 'rubber ducky' in the bathroom. Location is great and the buffet breakfast delicious. You also get free wifi. This hotel is great for couples, tourist and business. It ticks all the boxes. Would return to Apex.

Stayed in this hotel for my birthday with my Girlfriend. It was an excellent hotel with excellent service and staff. The only down side is it's location. Even though it is located beside the Tower of London and Tower bridge it is quite a distance from everything else i.e. Oxford street & Lester Square. There is a tube station right...

This Hotel has friendly staff and from the moment you "check in" you feel the difference if service. The room had an amazing bath/shower room (complete with a free duck). Toiletries were plentiful. The rooms are nice but the walls are really thin... You can hear your neighbours talking and having pleasure time... Don't book the lounge. The bar is nice and breakfast can be enjoyed in the restaurant as well.

Staying in City of London

Neighbourhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
