I have stayed here several times over the last couple of months when working in London. Its a fairly easy walk in (45 mins) to the city over Tower Bridge. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Not en-suite but the bathrooms are good and I've never had to wait for one. No noise to speak of from the bar...

The "Hour Glass" is a great place to stay. The people who work there are so kind and actually they welcame us at 7 o'clock in the morning. I stayed only one day but it was enought time to get personal opinion. You know, London is a big city and you can easily get lost but they helped us how...

Staff allowed us to store our luggage there before check in. No noise from having a pub underneath. Large breakfast and good value for the price. Area near bus route. Staff happy to help. Comfy bed. Very clean. Would return.

It is very difficult to find a budget place with some quality in London. This hotel ticks all the boxes, it is pretty central with easy access to the heart of London. The staff is very helpful, nice, professional and very attentive. The manager - Seb will go an extra mile to provide really good service. Would definitely come back.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Me and my girlfriend stayed in freshly decorated en suite double room on the ground floor. We have been upgrated for en suite free of charge, which was great. Sebastian, the manager did our loundry after long travel across Europe without taking even a penny, that is what i am talking about! Loved...

It is warm, clean, really friendly! Not that central, districkt is not that beautifull, but there are a lot of busses to the centre (including Victoria Station) and a straight bus to Elephant and Castle tube station from Gatwick airport. Reasonable price! Thanks a lot, your attention and humor were so needed in these rainy days in London.

I would say, I really love it, all people whose coming in here, all staff working here, even though being away from home I felt like home from home, if you understand what I mean. Place itself ticks all boxes as well, great kitchen, great showers and the pub downstairs. Spot on!
