I stayed here for three nights at a standard double room by myself. The room was cozy and tidy but the shower space was so small and it might be hard to squeeze in if I were a little larger. There wasn't even a wall...More
I stayed here last year, May, for a wedding and the staff were so helpful as I was late. They produced a snack, a glass of wine and found a taxi for me in record time. A back room is quiet and comfortable though small...More
A short walk from Earl's Court tube station, the hotel is very connected. Loads of restaurants in the local area too. The room was spotless and very comfortable. All the staff we very friendly and the included breakfast was very nice with a wide selection.
Been to London 15 times and this time spent 3 days with my 14 yrs old daughter. Great hotel! Location is good, just 5min walk from tube station, vibrant area with lots of restaurants. We had Deluxe room which was very spacious and clean. Staff...More
The Rockwell is an immaculately clean, bright hotel, close to Earls Court station and the museums. The staff, without exception, are bright, helpful and welcoming. Breakfasts are buffets, with cheeses, cold meats and a good selection of hot food. We ate dinner one evening which...More
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.

Sorry, I have no idea if that is possible........I know they were busy when we stayed, but we did not specify any requirements beforehand, but got a very nice room. In our room the secondary glazing was very deep, so the road noise was very low.

Hi Tessa! I am so sorry that happened to you. We were checking in as the police were there reviewing the video. The front desk tried to keep everything quiet but now my speculations are confirmed. The handyman for the hotel came to our room to install a lock. Sadly that never took place. The hotel is a great location, but they need to review their customer service standards and security. I hope in the end you are compensated fully for your loss.
