I took my wife away for Easter and stayed here for 2 nights. It is in a good location, which was why I chose it, and we could walk to the park, the shops on Oxford street (where she spent most of the time!) and the cafes around Marylebone area. It was very quiet within the hotel as it is... More

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend, taking advantage of a business trip near our anniversary. I wanted a nice place close to Paddington for the Heathrow Express, and this was it! We stayed in a "Fancy" room, and took the pre-paid deal with breakfast. Pros: decent-sized room for London, good breakfast, very pleasant and helpful staff, quiet... More

Had a great experience. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, modern and relatively spacious room for London. Only drawback was the lack of elevator - and we were two floors up. Staff was great about dragging our huge suitcases up to the room and refused any tip. We asked for a recommendation for a good "hole in the wall" Indian... More

Very centrally located in a quiet location on Montagu Place, just off Baker Street, this is a nice little boutique hotel in a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse. The welcome was warm and attentive. There is no lift, but my suitcase was carried up to my room by reception staff. £220 for a “comfy” double room, inclusive of breakfast, is... More

Stayed for one night and the hotel is kept impeccable, like I remember 7 years ago. Very nice service. The staff is very efficient and gentle. You feel like at home. The decoration, the look and feel is marvelous. The rooms are not big, but well enough for one or 2 persons to sleep in. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and... More

We appreciated in particular the friendly staff. They'll do everything to let you feel at home. And if you want to sleep in a very, very quiet room without any noise from the traffic, please reserve room 33 on the third floor. It's a Comfort room with bath on the third floor.

We stayed for Saturday night and we were really impressed. Great location and you feel as though you are part of a neighbourhood rather than staying in a soulless chain hotel. We stayed in the room known as Swanky which was just lovely. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful too. Would definitely stay there again.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
