Stayed over night after seeing Billy Joel. I booked the hotel last minute and sadly I got the wrong date. Something I noticed when I got there. Reception staff were so understanding and helpful and did their uttermost to offer me a room and also cancelled the other reservation without cost. Additionally offered me an amazing rate on a lovely...

Excellent small hotel perched in a corner of London. Very well connected by metro. Calm and exclusive neighbourhood away from from the noise and buzzle. Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast excellent. Staff efficient. Loving it...............

Arrived around 12, managed to bag a parking spot which there is room for 6 cars but sometimes more park wherever they can which may block you in, there is an alternative parking area close by though if none left at hotel. The hotel is located on a main busy road and has convenience stores and restaurants around it and...

I booked this as part of a present for my husband's birthday and emailed the hotel ahead of our stay regarding this. On our arrival, the manager (I think) greeted us warmly, wished my husband happy birthday, and told us he had upgraded our room and could have a complimentary drink in the restaurant - which we had already booked...

if you need to park your car (at 4GBP/day) and dont mind to travel 30min to the center, this is the right place for you. Nice room decor, extremely clean, nice breakfast area, nice morning front officer (i am not so keen with the evening front officer as he is more interested browsing at his phone and a bit sarcastic)....

Compact room but beautifully decorated and well designed. We had dinner our first evening in the Japanese restaurant and we really enjoyed it. It appeared to me that most of the dinning guests were Asian which is very promising for the cuisine. Breakfast was delightful looking out on the garden.

This hotel is really nice, and great value for money compared to other London hotels. It has a boutique feel and the rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean with a modern bathroom and high quality toiletries included. The hotel is a short walk from a tube station and it is about 30 minutes into central London. We were in...

Forget all your overpriced London hotels. In terms of value for money as well as great service this place is hard to beat. The rooms and the over all look of the hotel shows that a lot of thought has gone into giving the hotel designer boutique feel. No mass produced generic art on the walls but rather interesting one...

This is an excellent hotel located within 5 min. walk of the Piccadilly Line with direct links to the City centre. Hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are very friendly with excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was compact but extremely well fitted and had everything you need and was exceptionally clean. Could not fault it. Parking is limited...

First the traffic in this part of London is horrible. The hotel has very limited car parking space so the best bet is the NCP near the nearby tube station. The room was more than adequate ours was on the 2nd floor so if you are carrying heavy luggage and have a room on the top floor it could be...
