    Perfect for Wireless Festival!
    Stayed here for 3 nights for Wireless festival in Finsbury park. Perfect accommodation for this event! Good price on the room considering there was an event over the road. Security on doors at night time when the festival ends, so feel very safe! On site parking available through a gated entrance. Staff very friendly and have a small bar and snacks available on reception. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Very warm in the rooms and do not have air conditioning but a very large fan was provided which was very much appreciated!! Bathroom is small but clean and serves its purpose. Very close to Finsbury Park tube station. Opposite Finsbury park. Booked to stay here next year for Wireless festival! …

    Comfortable stay. Ideal location
    Stayed here whilst visiting London with my teenage son. On arrival we were allowed to get into our room earlier than usual which meant we didn't need to sight see with luggage. Reception staff very very courteous and helpful. Beds very comfortable and a good night sleep was had by all. Great location as short walk to an underground. Meant you weren't in the business of the city itself.…

    Stayed here with my husband and 7 year old son. Room was clean with a double bed and single. Room small and not a lot of space for clothes but for the price it was fine and we were only staying 2 nights so didn't have loads with us. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a computer and printer in reception for guests to use free of charge. Breakfast was fine. Enough choice for everyone. Handy for transport. Tube station about a ten min walk. Bus stop right outside. Would stay again.…

    3 day stay.
    Stayed here for 3 nights. The location is great, opposite Finsbury Park. It is 5 minutes from the Tube Station and about 15 minutes from The Emirates stadium. The room and facilities are clean and the staff are really helpful and friendly.

    High Price for Rundown Hotel
    I booked a room for 4, but 2 people could barely move around in the room. I asked for a more spacious room and had to pay 30 pounds extra for each night. The larger room was spacious, but old, stained carpets, creaking floor and beds that should be discarded.

    Do you have air conditioning in all rooms?
    No air conditioning. Ask for a fan Not the one of the best hotels to stay in. I've stayed twice both were not good stays. No plans to return.

    Is Finsbury Park closer to the hotel than Manor House station? Do both underground stations have lift access to street? Thanks.
    It is about same distance to walk and neither Manor House or Finsbury Park stations have lifts

    Finsbury Park -served by Piccadilly and Victoria lines or Manor House-served by Piccadilly line (both about 5 mins walk away) Hope that helps x

    Hi, we would be traveling to this hotel from the midlands with our 3 sons, little concerned about parking as it's first come first served, has anyone experienced any issues? Are there any congestion charges to pay? Thanks in advance
    It can get busy, but I've been 3 times I've always managed to squeeze in somewhere

    We have booked a double room for New Years Eve, what is the chance that we could either amend this to a family room or have a sofabed or something in the room so that we can bring my daughter with us?
    Ask for a family room. Two double beds. That’s what we had. Loads of room.
