Perfect Location. Close to the Hyde Park, Museums (Natural History, Science, Victoria & Albert) and close to South Kensington Station and Gloucester Road Station. The rooms are big and include a kitchen to prepare your e-mails and some apartments provide a washing machine for your clother. Very convenient. There is a waitrose supermarket close by. Really like to stay in... More

Very well appointed, self contained, serviced apartments just around the corner from Gloucester Road metro station (where you can catch the tube to Heathrow) and the Hop-on-Hop-off bus stops for all 3 lines. Everything is handy - cafes, pub, 24 hour supermarket, pharmacy, etc, and post office, which sells tickets for tours and shows and gives great sightseeing advice. The... More

What a fantastic hotel!! My aunt booked two suites because we were here for our cousin's wedding. We had to order a roll away bed for one of the rooms to ensure that everyone had a bed to sleep on. In my suite, we had 5 adults. In the other suite, there were 4 adults and a toddler. We were... More

Fantastic location , quality and specification .All were of the highest standard. From arrival to departure the staff couldn't have done any more for us . We were upgraded on arrival as they had availability for a larger apartment and couldn't have been happier. Without question we will be returning on our next visit to London.

This is one of a few Frasers serviced-apartments that offer short-term stays. It is located within 3mins to Gloucester underground station and has a bus-stop in front of the apartment where you can catch a bus to Harrods and Harvey Nichols. Those who prefer walking can take a leisurely 20-25min stroll to Harrods. We liked the kitchenette which had a... More

This hotel has the most uncomfortable bed I ever sleep, I complained was told nothing can be done. The chairs are tired and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned by lazy cleaners and beds are made when you virtually beg. My daughter 's clothes in the washing machine were removed & thrown to bare floor. I was shocked at such wickedness.... More

We were a party of four adults, booked into two studio apartments. My husband & I stayed in an apartment on the lower grand floor. Initially, I was concerned about staying in the "basement." However, our room had windows which let in day light. It was also much larger than the room my in-laws were given on the 2nd floor.... More

Stayed here three years ago and were more than happy to stay again. That was before we knew the whole place had been shut down for a year for complete renovations. It was great then - it's even more so now! Very helpful staff and nothing too much trouble . Location perfect for anywhere in London with tube station two... More

This place was perfect for our family while vacationing in the London area. The accommodations were clean, well maintained, and the staff was very helpful. There is a tube station conveniently located which allowed us to easily reach the sights of London. I would definitely stay here again.

Being in London on business for a week I decided that I wanted a place which would allow me to occasionally cook and hence chose Fraser Queens Gate. The hotel is clean, very comfortable, and has all that one needs, particularly the kitchen which was very handy to be able to cook occasionally. The location is a short walk to... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
