A nice little hotel room. Very clean and reasonably well stocked. A little bit noisy if you book a room at the front. Great location in a very nice part of London with quick access to cafes and the underground.

Not really a friendly hotel. And did it say suites?! Most probably the smallest "suites" I have ever been to in any hotel. The reception counter is not in the same building. It is across the hotel itself. Female stuff at the reception counter wasn't really accommodating and friendly. The room itself was clean. The wifi was strong. The location...

I stayed here for one night with my friend. There are some good points.... The place is well maintained and clean. Basic and simple but just what you expect for the price. The reception which is located across the road was easy to find and the checking in and picking up of our keys was quick and easy. The location...

I'll get the plus points out of the way first. 291 Suites Hampstead is located in a very convenient location, bus links and West Hampstead Thameslink offer services into central London and are all within a 5 minute walk. West Hampstead is also a pleasant area, and the accomodation prices are reasonable considering. I was sceptical before staying at how...

We spent three weeks here having paid months before. The location is great and safe but a few issues left us very disappointed. After two days an iPad was stolen from our room having been hidden in a drawer. A key had been used as there was no damage to the door or lock. The manager couldn't care less and...

The overall apartment was nice although the kitchen left alot to be desired. Nice location close to the underground. They took £99 off my girlfriends card and have still not returned it! I will not be staying with 291 suites again and I would encourage everyone else to look elsewhere

The accomodation is well located and nice (bus stops in front of the door, restaurants and shops around) BUT we came home since more than a week (we paid the fee upon arrival) and they are still blocking 99 GBP on my bank account and I can't use my money! After many e-mails and phone calls the situation is still...

“We took a high-end room on the highest floor (3rd or 4ht can't remember). A bit of exercice to get the luggages up since no elevator. Once there nice quiet room with lots of sun coming in (a nice to have when you know the little sun available in London).”
