A very charming and helpful lady at the reception on arrival. Room are nice, clean and tidy. Breakfast are included but was unexpected to find a large choice included a daily special. Good service too done by 2 very nice waitresses. Highly recommended if you are in the lovely area of West Hampstead.

Stayed overnight with my daughter, lovely town house over the road from reception, odd to have to walk over for breakfast but not a problem. Just off the main road so access to great food and bars but a really quiet location.

My room, on the ground floor of a terraced house immediately across the street, was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a good shower room. Breakfast was fairly simple, with a 'full English'. The street is quiet, but around the corner is the main part of West Hampstead, with lots of shops and cafes.

Not all rooms are based on site - we were in a building a street away on the top floor of lovely house. Room was large and comfortable. A little bit dust around the tv/mirror area but bathroom exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great - staff exceptionally attentive. Quick and tasty food. Reception staff exceptionally helpful too. Be prepared to walk...

By far the best hotel I've stayed in that wasn't one belonging to a chain. Firstly, I thank those in charge for being patient with me after I bombarded them with stressing emails after an absolute farcical booking via LateRooms.com. The location was superb with trains to central London operating a frequent service. Tesco and Sainsburys near by. Food provided...

This was our second visit to Charlotte Guest House, The price is reasonable the staff is very friendly and close to the underground and overground walking distance to both. There is ample amount of restaurants and pubs to eat at. The buses there are just as good if that is your choice of transport. This is one place we would...

I had to find a London hotel at quite short notice and normally don't stray from Premier Inn...but as much as I like Premier Inn, the London prices are steep. I found this gem of a guest house on Booking.com and Hotels.com. The reviews seemed really good...it almost seemed too good to be true (and you know what they say...
