Brought a room on free cancellation on booking.com. They took the money anyway, then I cancelled it, waited days for the refund but still nothing! After phoning them a RUDE woman said 'I was just about to do it...'. Do they think I was born yesterday??? Now 'if' the refund goes through, I have to wait up to two weeks...

Yes it's not the Ritz but it's cheap. Don't go here for a romantic weekend but if your coming to London for a concert or a party then its a good cheap place to crash. Get a late checkout and a room in the basement with no windows and you will sleep off your hangover, there is also a good...

Do not stay at this hotel if you feel Customer Service is important. I stayed in this dreadful hotel in November 2016 when I left a pair of boots in the hotel room. After arranging for the costs to be covered, I rang several times when finally the hotel receptionist informed me that she 'did not have the time' to...

Never again. I know you get what you pay for, but the most uncomfortable, lumpy mattress and a single-glazed window facing the main road meant i got no sleep at all. Came here for Wembley. Only thing in its favour is location. Avoid.

Stay away from this place. Should have a health warning on. Staff are friendly but place is a dump. Carpets are disgusting and rooms are to.sticky surfaces everywhere. Wouldn't stay again if I was paid to. Bar staff are friendly guys and reception are to. Place needs full refurbishment

We stayed in room 205, four poster bed, jacuzzi bath and bathroom tv! Was a decent breakfast too and half an hour walk from Wembley Stadium. Staff fairly helpful though some seemed to struggle with language.

I stayed 3 nights and though the staff were friendly and polite, the room (301) is infested with hundreds of bedbugs. They crawled all over me and bit me badly everywhere. It stopped me sleeping for my stay and I hardly had any sleep over the whole 4-day trip. It messed up my conference and I had so much trouble...
