I needed a room as I was going to the semi finals at Wembley. I booked and paid for a 'single room with shared bathroom facilities' and that's exactly what I got. It wasn't glamorous, could do with a lick of paint and new carpets and the bathroom wasn't the best but it served its purpose. Free wifi which worked...

This hotel is what it is.It trys hard to be something it is'nt but you cant polish a turd.It is cheap and has ample free parking. The rooms are a little dated and have single glazing. The staff are efficient and very helpful.Dont expect to much from this budget hotel and you will not be disappointed.

This hotel was a filthy hovel!!! Carpets were thread bare, curtains were filthy and the bathroom and shower were covered in mould. We had one hard flat pillow each and the mattress was like an ironing board. I'd say you'd be better off sleeping on the floor but that was filthy too! The walls were extremely thin and we could...

Brought a room on free cancellation on booking.com. They took the money anyway, then I cancelled it, waited days for the refund but still nothing! After phoning them a RUDE woman said 'I was just about to do it...'. Do they think I was born yesterday??? Now 'if' the refund goes through, I have to wait up to two weeks...

Yes it's not the Ritz but it's cheap. Don't go here for a romantic weekend but if your coming to London for a concert or a party then its a good cheap place to crash. Get a late checkout and a room in the basement with no windows and you will sleep off your hangover, there is also a good...

Do not stay at this hotel if you feel Customer Service is important. I stayed in this dreadful hotel in November 2016 when I left a pair of boots in the hotel room. After arranging for the costs to be covered, I rang several times when finally the hotel receptionist informed me that she 'did not have the time' to...

Never again. I know you get what you pay for, but the most uncomfortable, lumpy mattress and a single-glazed window facing the main road meant i got no sleep at all. Came here for Wembley. Only thing in its favour is location. Avoid.

Having read the reviews I was worried to stay here ! It was a one night stop whilst seeing a band at the arena. Looks a bit scrubby and wouldn't want to stay in the shower for too long - but if what you are looking for is a basic stopover you will be fine here. Friendly staff - got...
