£65 What do you want ? Its so basic its like a flat pack from B&Q. It was clean and tidy. Our room was so hot and the bed was hard with only one pillow each (room 12) third floor no lift. £10 to park our car was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Breakfast was ok. We...

For the price I wasn't expecting 5 star. The location was great for what we wanted it's literally minutes to Marble Arch and Oxford Street. The room was basic but clean, bathroom was clean but could of done with a bit of a spruce up in my opinion. Staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was just about ok too. If you...

Booked a double room with it's own bathroom. Room and bathroom very basic but spotlessly clean. I've stayed in worse B&B's in London. Fine for an overnight stay. I slept well. What do people expect from a B&B with a double room for £80 in W1?

Stayed for one night and it wasn't great. Room very basic and the shower room was tiny. The room was very warm and stuffy meaning we had to keep the window open, but we were kept awake by the sound of sirens most of the night. The bed sheet smelt musty but other than that the room appeared clean. Bed...

I have seen this sub standard grotty hotel rated as highly as 7.2/10 on some websites. Personally, I have seen a lot of the hotels on Sussex Gardens being falsely overrated. Sussex Gardens has very little to recommend it as an area. The hotels are generally abysmal. Traffic noise is bad. Cleanliness is not good. Hotel staff are unhelpful. The...

Not recommend for travel with family and luggage. Room put up on 2nd floor. No lift and had to carry suitcases to 3nd for floor through narrow stairs. Unruly receptionist. Only good us the good breakfast which was served by courteous lady. No space in rooms to turnover. Cramped rooms.

10 min walk from Oxford Street and Marble Arch (closeness to Primark). Ok breakfast with both continental an full English. Room 1 and 2 are in the basement. Comfortable beds. Good with a refridgerator in the room.
