We stayed in the Wingfield Suite, which looked exactly as it does in the photographs. It was extremely clean, had a flat screen tv in both lounge area and bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable- with a firm but not hard mattress. perfect. The free standing bath was delightfully roomy, the shower with massage jets invigorating. plenty of toiletries...

Gorgeous hotel room, super helpful staff. I stayed when I was taking part in a local bodybuilding competition and the staff didn't mind at all putting my food in the fridge, my ice packs in the freezer, microwaving my porridge, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic hotel. Very comfy bed too.

We stayed at the Antoinette Hotel for our anniversary weekend and we couldn't fault it. The room was clean, the bed comfy and all the staff were lovely and friendly and attentive. We wouldn't hesitate to come back with pleasure. The Antoinette restaurant was beautiful. It was very cosy for a romantic meal and the staff were also very attentive...

Did we stay in the same hotel as some of the previous guest have reported? Surely, if you wish to make any criticism you take your problems to management before you leave so that they can be sorted out? We were warmly welcomed by the duty manager and efficiently checked in, although a little early, because our room was ready....

First stay at The Antoinette, and I feel sure it wont be the last, a gem of a place, we all read Tripadvisor and wonder what will be in store for us, all I can say is there are no worries with this Hotel, yes the rooms are not large, but large enough, sometimes the electric flush does not fully...

We often stay at The Antoinette when visiting friends and family in the London area. Our recent stay was as good as ever. Our classic double room wasn't huge, but good by London standards and well equipped. The breakfast is very good, especially the delicious croissants. What makes our stay extra special are the staff. They are always friendly, helpful...

Stayed here for 2 nights. Perfectly located (close to the family we visited), very clean rooms, serviced every day, friendly and professional staff, a smooth run hotel. Small issue with the free wifi one of the nights, on Apple devices, but the manager on duty, Costmin ?!, handled all with lot of calm, professionalism and always with a smile. There...

Recently stayed at the Antoinette and had a very good stay. I like this place. The rooms are always spotless, staff friendly/professional, there is a good bar next door which is part of the hotel and the small inhouse one I always open late and although centrally located it is remarkably quiet and peaceful. Very good place to stay in...

Stayed at this hotel for three days, could not fault anything, the staff were amazing, the room first class with large beautiful en suite bathroom/shower and air con. The buffet breakfast hot/cold was very good all freshly put out and eggs freshly cooked to order. Eat as much as you like with coffee tea and juices. I would recommend this...
