Eurotraveller Premier Tower Bridge Hotel is very welcoming & easy to find. I took the no.53 bus from Whitehall which drops you off almost at the door! Elephant & Castle is the nearest tube (nowhere near Tower Bridge as the hotel name claims!), and is a 10 minute walk, up New Kent Road which leads directly onto the Old Kent...

I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst my flat was being readied. It's a decent hotel for the for price but I lost trust in them when a shirt that I had in my room went missing. I told management and they said they asked the cleaning staff but couldn't find it. I'm 100% sure it was in the room...

Party of 2, for one night. Experienced Traveller. The hotel offer exactly what's on the box. It is located within close proximity of Elephant and Castle and Tower Bridge. Parking is at the best of time difficult, and the hotel charges a fortune for parking on their premises Some rooms will be on the front of the hotel, overlooking the...

If you are going to stay at this hotel i would ask for a room away from the Old Kent Road. There is constant noise from traffic, all through the night. There are numerous sirens every hour. The staff were not over friendly and the air con/ heating didnt work properly and was noisey. The shower was awful the head...

Booked a family room. Room was large and clean. Shower was big enough. Staff friendly. Quick and easy check in. Would def use again. Supermarkets nearby. Bus stop outside and near tube. Was surprised of bad reviews. Only negative room was near kitchen and could hear preparing breakfast.

Unfriendly reception when checking in. The room and bedding etc was clean and comfortable, and for a budget hotel in London quite spacious. Wifi was free and reliable. Unfortunately the walls are thin and I was disturbed by other guests' tv and phone calls. Air con / heating didn't appear to work. The en suite was the most disappointing; in...

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The reception staff were not friendly and welcoming and didn't communicate with us. The room was full dust and dirt marks all over the walls. It was clear it had not being cleaned thoroughly in a long time. There dust all over the ironing board also. There was very bad limescale...

Hotel staff were surly and spoke very little English, couldn't find my reservation so check in took a while. Our room was clean but one bed was partly held together with duct tape, the space to hang clothes was above the desk which had the cups and kettle on. Noisy guests and staff could be heard at all hours due...
