I was concerned as soon as I walked into the tiny lobby. The totally disinterested clerk gave us the key to our second floor room and when we opened the door, our hearts dropped. The smell and the dust caught in my nose and throat. The window frame was rotten and the paint flaking. We opened the sash to let... More

I cannot say enough about the horrid experience I had with this hotel. I took a trip to London and invited a friend to stay with me at this hotel, which I found of Agoda.com. I was expecting a pretty nice place by the way it was written up. HA! I couldn't believe what a DUMP this place was. I... More

Clean room but this hotel isn't a three star hotel as it indicates. At best, it is a two star hotel. The bathroom shower leaked somewhat and the bathroom was oddly planned but still, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. I will say that the breakfast was quite nice. I'd recommend this hotel with the knowledge that it... More

The hotel is 20minutes away from the center in a busy street day and night. The AC doesn't work, what wars a big problem during the stay. Near the Nuggets shopping center of London, westfield. Is clean but is old, could use some improvents and more variety at the breakfast menu. If there were smaller tables and if they oppened... More

Stayed for 4 nights. It was what I expected it to be. Been to a couple of cheap hotels in London before and I knew what to expect. Tiny bathroom was a minus. We had a room to the garden so it wasn't too noisy. Beds were ok. AC didn't work so the room was quite hot. Only had breakfast... More

I got a room on the basement very near the kitchen so it was pretty noisy, but that wasn't really the biggest problem. The whole room was only superficially clean and it had a window on ground level that made me feel really insecure. There wasn't a proper shower (water fell directly to the floor making everything a mess), thankfully... More

I'm currently sat in my hotel room, after being made to feel like absolute rubbish by management. As I suffer an eating disorder my worst nightmare is to sit in a small pokey room full of people watching me eat! I asked to take my two slices of toasts to my room and explained why I would like to take... More
