Oldish hotel, very basic. Friendly staff. I got a double room instead of single, but room was in basement so couldn't make any calls (SMS's were fine). Wifi ok. No hair conditioner nor hair dryer. Continental breakfast. Near theaters so taxi from Westend doesn't cost much.

Great place to stay, very clean, breakfast was lovely and staff were really helpful and friendly. Great location, walking distance to Leicester Square but also away from the busy nightlife of London. I would defiantly recommend this hotel!

Avoid room 8. Having used bookings.com we were horrified to be shown into a tiny room with a double bed you couldn't even get round, its jammed under the window. There is no storage whatsoever, 3 hangers on the back of a door hardly qualifies when you are there for nights. Complained and asked for a change, nope full up....

My husband and I stayed here for foru days with our four grand children. We found the staff willing to help with everything, including mailing home a lost "stuffy". The breakfast was fine for our purposes, especially the croissants and rolls, and the hotel,is very conveniently located to three tube stations and the Euston and St Pancreas Stations. Would recommend...

We stayed for 2 nights at the 3rd floor's room. There is no hot water supply in bathroom. Its difficult for us to take a good bath after a long hour spending outside. After complain even the same. Morning breakfast need to order and queue for table.

The staff of this hotel is extremly friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, the bathrooms larger than expected ;-). Breakfast is good but every day the same. A bit of variety could improve the overall experience of the hotel.

Small, but cosy and clean hotel to fulfill your needs for a few nights stop over in London. We found this hotel to be situated with in easy walking distance to the tube or bus routes. The breakfast was continental - which was very good with lovely fresh breads. The staff were very helpful and friendly - would go back...

This is central London and old building so don’t set your expectations too high. We booked on the late side and then you have to take what you can get to a large extent. The place was clean enough though the hall and stair carpet doesn’t give that good an impression at first sight; the bathroom was small but entirely...

Had a 3 night stay at gower house at the start of June. Other than the location being good, this hotel leaves little to be desired. The staff was not friendly, the breakfast included nothing more than a Danish and coffee, and there was no elevator. They didn't even have a map of the city at reception (only a small...

A very small hotel close to Euston Station and a short walking distance to other attractions. Breakfast was a no go - as they only do continental breakfast (one Danish and one baguette) with a tea or coffee - and do not cater for dietary needs - gluten free! A tad unbelievable for London...
