Well this hotel is a nice surprise- but don't get totally expectant about it. It's trying to be a top hotel but doesn't quite make it- although for the money it maybe the best in London. Rooms good- spacious but with the 'London curse'- a half size bath. Breakfast excellent but both service in restaurant and in the hotel (desk...

Rooms are okay; large and clean. The hotel is situated in east London. The neighborhood is not special. The gym is okay. The frontline staff was not friendly at all during check in. Check relatively smoothly. For one night okay, but I won't specially recommended for a longer stay.

We stayed for five nights. Our sheets weren't changed regardless of the stains that were there on arrival for four days. We had to ask them to change them. The shower wasn't in working order and you had to hold the shower head yourself. Upon check in we were told breakfast was included. (Both the hotel clerk and I speak...

The hotel is located quite far out from the city and so the location is not ideal. The room was not as large as it looked on the website. There is complimentary water, tea, and coffee. The showers were not great as it is a shower in a bathtub with a shower curtain that keeps sticking on you when you...

The reception, bar, facilities and staff are great. However, the guest room lighting is dismal and there is just no excuse for that these days. LED downlights using dim, 10 year old quality lamps is just stupid - our room could have been fitted with modern, decent lamps for under £40.

1st time in staying here for business and will definitely stay again. Modern rooms that are clean and spacious. Free strong WiFi and a restuarant that serves great food at a good price... Faultless! My only gripe would be that the rooms on the Hackney Road, have alot of road noise. Definitely ask for a room away from the road.

The hotel has an underground car park, secure and very convenient in Central London. Great comfy beds, good service. A very useful place to stop over in London. Very convenient for public transport into London

My husband and I stayed at the RE London for two nights. The hotel is very easy to find, the bus stop is just in front of it. The underground station is 5 minutes by feet. The staff was very welcoming and available. The rooms were good and clean. There were tea, coffee and biscuits for us in the room....

We may have had a good offer but for the price paid, this was a satisfying experience: super friendly and helpful staff, decent and very clean room (not always the case in London, even in 4*. Location is very convenient with a good amount of taxis driving by and public transportation easily reachable.

As someone said 'Probably would have stayed in a premier had we known'. I would too. Arrived at midnight to see a bunch of drunken blokes smoking outside and felt imtimidated. The Check in desk is nice to the bar where lots of people looked paralytic. The fact that I had to pay £50 for a service I wasn't going...
