I will not say any thing that I get disappointed from the hotel. It is the worst ever in my life and the worst is that is not fair with the web site and try to reserve on a floor because the most of the rooms is at the ground floor and even better in the basement that it was mine....

Dear Guest, We are disappointed to see that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Our property was refurbished just a couple of years ago, and all equipment is brand new. Rooms offer wooden floors, and have a nice kitchenette, while the bathroom size is certainly more spacious than the current London average. Pictures of the rooms are clearly...

We booked a suite and the definition is a set of rooms designated for one person’s or family’s use for a particular purpose or a series of connected rooms used as a living unit. So naturally we expected two rooms. One living room and one bedroom. What we got was one room with a small double bed and a single...

Well, my boyfriend booked us into this apartment for a weekend away, it was VERY expensive, therefore we were expecting a lot of class for the price. The room looked nothing like the pictures it was very very small, and I would not class it as an apartment as it was one room, with a tiny kitchen like area right...

good location. less than one minute to two tube stations, eateries including MacDonald, Burger King, Subway, Tesco, Sainsbury etc. Bad sides: extremely small rooms. very few amenities. Free wifi only in lobby. otherwise 6 £ /day with cable. taxi that the hotel suggested would have been 95£ to Stansted but we found one with minicab for 57£. Noisy rooms when...

Good Points: Clean, reasonable size, close to Underground and restaurants. Bad Points: All apartments have one small double bed. Not the ideal situation for friends. Being a mother/daughter combination we coped. There was no indication in their advertisement that only double beds were available. Kitchen equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and dish washing liquid. When I asked reception about...

I have stayed here quite a few times now and will definitely be back. I don't know why people are complaining about it as compared to other hotels in London this is a snip of the price and is within easy reach of underground stations, restaurants and Hyde Park. The reception staff aren't the most cheerful sometimes but so what?!...

Stayed in a medium luxury suite for three nights, booked early and was able to get a good deal. Room was of decent sized, clean with modern fixtures and a handy kitchen. Bed was a little bit small but still enough for two normal sized people to cuddle up and sleep on quite comfortably. Two tube station within a few...

We stayed for 3 nights in January. When we first found the apartments we were aware there was a hostel next door, it didn't put us off. But I can understand for some people it may be, so if you're booking here, make sure you're aware of this. I was with my partner, we were due to meet our friends...

Was quite concerned after easing other reviews but worked well for us. Not an apartment as such small room with facilities. Microwave combined, fridge hob assorted utensils. Sink iron small ironing board. Queen size bed NOT 3/4 as suggested. Very clean good shower /toilet facilities . Towels and shampoo, shower gel supplied. Granted no hair dryer. For the price ,especially...

I travel to London on business regularly and have stayed in many different hotels and apartments. I booked these I had to travel at short notice and my preferred accommodation was not available. The price seemed too good to be true - and it was! The staff were very friendly, the apartment exceptionally clean, however I really struggle to understand...
