Rooms aren't up to the standard of other Premier inns I've stayed at. Rooms are dirty and mattresses feel old and springy. The worst thing is the staff who are rude, unhelpful and disinterested, especially the big woman at the front desk who was particularly disrespectful. Appalling customer service. I felt unwelcome during my two night stay. Please remember that just because they call themselves a Premier Inn, doesn't mean they're up to Premier Inn standards. I'll be taking this further with the company!

Had to stay in hotel as needed to be near the hospital. First night think we paid about £65 each. My sister needed to stay longer so phoned from the hospital to check for a room, young man on desk said it would be cheaper to book online so did this.... Price £45,!!!. Needed another night so again online £35!!! so folks if you don't already BOOK ONLINE, 😉😉😂😂xxx

We were very pleased that we were allowed to stay at the hotel for us to attend a family funeral, during the current Covid regulations. We had checked for our travel arrangements, and it was the first time we had seen the family in over a year
