My parents came for a visit and stayed at the hotel for for a few days. After our daily adventures I'd join them in the bar. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The hotel is welcoming, clean and well located. The rooms are a good size with very nice en suite facilities Will definitely recommend :)

Check in was fast and efficient but beware if arriving late that reception is not 24hrs and the hotel main door is locked after 22:00. My single room was small but adequate in size with a comfortable bed. The both it and the bathroom looked to have been refurbished recently. However the lack of electric sockets available to use to...

I've just returned from a 3 night stay at the Stracey Hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless and the breakfast was great! The hotel is a few minutes walk from the station and an easy walk to the restaurants and bars of the Riverside complex. We were able to park on the street outside...

After a not so good experience, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff very friendly and helpful, including helping me with my bag up and down steps. The room was perfect, as I had requested ground floor accomodation. The included breakfast was excellent, the juice cold, the croissants flaky, the cooked food hot and tasty. Easy walk to and from...

The Stracey is a very nice hotel, the receptionist that greeted us was very friendly and gave us info and a map of the town. The room was exceptionally clean and the shower was spacious and clean. It is a fair walk into town especially on a cold winters day but it would be very pleasant on a spring or...

Stayed here one night to watch the football and we'll located for Carrow Road. The room was really clean and comfortable with a large bathroom and powerful shower. Great breakfast, helpful staff and good value. Only negative is lack of parking but plenty of cheap options nearby. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights during a difficult time as a family and were looked after so well by everyone at the hotel. We have stayed in Norwich many times over the last 18 years and this was our first stay - it won't be our last. Thank you so much. Great location for walking into the city centre, especially...
