I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but never walked out in disgust. This place is a absolute disgrace. Filthy dirty, carpets dirty and stained, walls dirty, bathroom mouldy, cracked tiles, excrement in and around the toilet, bedroom window latch broken so you can't close the window, as on the ground floor a serious problem. Bed sheets unchanged...

Such an awful experience, it's basically an abandoned building. We arrived and the online parking payment system didn't work member of staff which we found after wandering around for 15mins advised to try it again later we've had other complaints today...still didn't work. (failed to mention there is no parking for Beeches so you need to input 'The Governers' otherwise...

There are no words to describe just how awful this place is. Honestly I am shocked it is still operational. It's grimy and unsafe for anyone to stay in it. I would not even wish my worst enemy to stay in a place like this. Under no circumstances should you ever book to stay here! No one around to assist...

Really your enjoyment of this "hotel" depends on what kind of experience you're after. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, non-itchy and quiet place to sleep for more than 2 hours with convenient and free parking then you can immediately strike this one off your list. Like seriously, scrub it well off. If on the other hand you...

On arrival all the windows look boarded up. They're NOT! It's a wood effect window frosting that has been placed on all windows for privacy reasons. If you are going to book a room here for £24 a night ( as we did) and you expect something like the premier inn, you need to realign your expectations. This is very...

No TV remote or a chair to sit on. The shower just went from hot to cold continually and the room was freezing. The lights didn't work in the kitchen. Fag butt in the sink. When I took the duvet cover off I wished I hadn't. The curtaining was tin foil! The person next door was drunk and asked me...

Have stayed in MJB hotels before so we were completely aware that we weren't staying in luxury, but this time it honestly amazed us how awful it was. Tv with no remote, stains everywhere, used plasters on the bed, most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, ridiculously hot, shower that was barely a drip are to name just a few....

I stayed here for one night with a friend, we visited Norwich for the shopping and nightlife but in the end wished that we hadn't! Parking was a nightmare to sort out as this is booked separately, I didn't receive conformation so worried the entire time I would get a ticket! Now onto the hotel......... Awful!! And I mean awful!!...
