Nice big room, comfortable bed, had a really good nights sleep. Good location and parking. You can hear a bit of traffic but not much. Nice big shower. Very friendly owners. Lovely breakfast, well cooked and hot, good ingredients. Would certainly stay again.

We chose to stay here for two nights when visiting the U.K. from South Africa so that we could visit the Norfolk coastline. We weren't disappointed by either! Hill House is lovely. Plenty parking, comfortable, large rooms and really delicious breakfast. Friendly efficient attention without being intrusive, and ideal location. Thank you for a delightful stay.

A beautiful looking guest house with lovely garden & ample parking for guests. Not far from several pubs , restaurants & a lovely river walk. Well situated for travelling further afield as it is in close proximity to all main roads. We had a lovely spacious room at the front of the house overlooking the garden & a busy road....

Spent 2 days in Norwich, and stayed for 1 night, on arrival we were welcomed into the guest house, and given a cup of tea, which was more than welcome as we had got wet, due to consistent rain in town centre, the room was lovely, en-suite shower room, double bed, Tv/DVD, room nicely laid out, and quite spacious. Breakfast...

Fantastic bed and breakfast. Well situated. Well presented. Well priced and very well run. The room I stayed in was a very good size, with very thougthful amenaties that you don't normally find in a bed and breakfast. I will most definitely be using it in future. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Stayed for 4 nights and definitely one of the best guest houses we have stayed in. Very clean and tastefully decorated, great breakfast, great staff and good parking. There are some great restaurants in walking distance and some are right by the river. Will stay here again next time we visit the area.

In May we stayed three days in the beautiful and spacious annex. We remember especially the kind service considering my injured foot, finding the medical center and the possibility to leave our bikes. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the meals at Rushcutters. We hope to return for another visit at Norwich and a stay at the Hillhouse. Thank you very...
