The Premier Inn Norwich Airport hotel comes highly recommended for its cleanliness and comfort, with guests consistently lauding the spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, the overall atmosphere receives mixed reviews, with a serene environment occasionally marred by noise.
While many guests commend the staff's friendliness and consider the hotel good value for money, some report service that could be more attentive. The amenities generally meet expectations, though critiques point to subpar WiFi and limited room service options.

Hotel's Favourite
I wanted a basic, good value hotel for a couple of nights to visit friends. This did the job. I was a female travelling alone and I felt very welcome and safe. The hotel was clean and facilities were all good. Wi fi was a bit shaky on my laptop which kept dropping off it but the phone was fine.
The staff were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming and any questions I had were answered with care. I felt like a valued customer.

This hotel is not in the prettiest part of Norwich, but it is very convenient for travellers. The surroundings are nicely landscaped and there is overflow parking at the Brewers Fayre next door, where breakfast is served as there is no catering at this Premier Inn. The Brewers Fayre breakfast is exactly like the Premier Inn one, but you do need to book because it can get super busy. I've stayed here a few times, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Travellers tip: the weird sound in the bedrooms is the air conditioning. It's easy to adjust, but shorties like me may take a while to realise the controls are situated quite high up on the wall.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of 12 day touring holiday. We wanted to spend a whole day exploring Norwich, which we did and found most enjoyable. I am a wheelchair user so we had booked the accessible room with a wet room shower. This proved to be very accessible for me. The one minor complaint was that the accessible room was one of the furthest rooms from reception. This meant when I wanted to go out by myself it was a very long push of my wheelchair. This is a design flaw which should be reported to Premier Inn’s architects. The only meals we had in the adjacent pub was breakfast each day. The quality was good and the selection wide and the service exemplary. Overall for a budget hotel it was a very good stay.

The room was clean, quiet and well prepared. I had requested additional pillows and these were ready for us when we arrived.
When we checked out my wife forgot her watch, but it was handed in and I was able to phone the hotel directly and arrange to collect it the next day.
We wore masks in the public areas and hand sanitiser was always available both at reception and in the restaurant

Room Tip:Â No preference for either floor, we were next to the airport but never heard any noise from planes

We travel to Norwich several times a year to visit family and friends and we always stay here. It is away from the inner city noise and there is ample free, on site parking.. The hotel is right next to the park and ride facility which gives regular, quick and cheap buses into Norwich .Do not be put off by the fact that the hotel is near the airport as you do not hear any aircraft noise.
The hotel is always very clean but was exceptionally so because of COVID restrictions during this stay. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.
The Oaks Restaurant, next to the hotel, provides a cheap place to eat. It is part of the same chain so hotel guests can take advantage of meal deals for the restaurant.
Two things to be aware of. Firstly, the hotel has no lifts and secondly, it is not air conditioned

In the perfect location for our journey across Norfolk after a long day. Lots of car parking, room was spotless and everything we would expect. Comfy beds. Pub next door was very handy and even foil wrapped all our food to take to the room as there was no availability and we had a hungry child with us. Excellent service.

We stayed in a room on the ground floor, so coming & going was very easy as it was close to reception. We arranged for some extra items to be put in the room, as we had an email asking if there was anything we needed, & everything was there on our arrival. A nice touch!!
Room was perfectly clean & presentable. The bed was very comfortable & we slept very well every night.
Staff were very helpful & pleasant & sorted out any requests. Premier Inn provide good value for money & the standard is excellent. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in a Premier hotel, as we were in Bristol a couple of weeks ago & the stay was just as good.

Stayed at the airport hotel so we only had a 15 minute drive to the City the following morning instead of a 3 hour drive. Spacious and immaculately clean twin bedroom and bathroom. We arrived late (9.30pm) and didn't use the restaurant for an evening meal as we had eaten at home. We had an extremely good night's sleep due to very comfortable beds and pillows and the other guests were very respectful (no noise or late night revellers!). We didn't have the breakfast as my daughter would only have eaten a bowl of cereal so that would have been £7.50 as flat price so we ate in the City. This overnight stop exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return if a simple overnight stay was required.

The hotel was super clean and had so many measures in place to ensure cleanliness and safety I felt really safe spending time there. The beds were really comfy and the room had a bath which was really helpful with a child. Would definitely recommend

Always a great stay, great accomodation prices but with the reduced menu for the breakfast part of the day I reckon the price should reflect this and not be full price. Staff were kind and polite and helpful as ever. Good COVID restrictions in place.

The free parking is only available for the duration of your stay. The car park is managed by LPS. There is an option to purchase parking from them using the pay and display machine at £30 per week or directly from the hotel reception once you have checked in
Sorry I am not sure.
Not that I am aware of. you will have to contact the hotel directly and ask.
Hi Michael
Thanks for your query.
The information below is correct, the hotel is less than half a mile away, so around a 7 minute walk.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Amy
