Have visited this Premier Inn many times and have always rated it as one of the better ones. Just had a few days in lovely Norwich and as Duke St is a short walk to the city centre we stayed there yet again. If I were to be a bit picky I would say the toilet in the bathroom could...

But only in winter or spring as no air-con and the window will not open enough for safety reasons to let air in, shame lovely location though, pile of vomit left outside at entrance to the reception not a nice welcome back early evening, it was still there in the morning but with added fag ends as this is the...

Recently stayed here for three nights - without breakfast included. The room was great, very clean and the bed was lovely! No complaints on the room at all. Breakfast: we paid for a cooked breakfast on the premises. The spread is great and the cooked breakfast is incredibly tasty. My only criticism here was the staff were more interested in...

Reasonably priced with good location near city centre - numerous excellent pubs, eating places and interesting small shops within walking distance. Very cheap parking for residents in nearby car park. Usual comfy Premier Inn rooms and good choice of breakfast.

Good sized room with excellent double glazing together with excellent secondary double glazing. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Convenient parking in the car park next door which is subsidised by Premier Inn. Continental breakfast well laid out with a comfortable dining room. Quiet room.

We enjoyed two days in Norwich and stayed at Premier Inn (Duke Street). On arrival the receptionist welcomed us and told us about our stay. She even helped us finding a member of our family who was also in the hotel. Our room was fine and didn't hear any noise. The hotel was 5 minutes to the centre which was...

This is an ideally located hotel, easy to get to and good value. The major let down is the heating and ventilation. We stayed in summer 2016 and endured 90 degree temperatures in the room. Our most recent stay (Feb 2017) was better, but the rooms still lack decent ventilation and are very stuffy. Great shame as other than that...

great location for the Winter Ale festival. Arrived and unfortunately no receptionist and had to Buzz several times for before we were dealt with. Good clean rooms only gripe would be the width of the room was narrow that even a super model could not get past the bed and desk without having to carefully manoeuvre let alone get a...
