Myself and a colleague stayed here for one night whilst we were on business in Norwich. The hotel is next to a large NCP carpark so parking is not a problem which is great for a city centre hotel. It is in very easy walking distance to lots of nice pubs and restaurants. We ate out at a great Japanese...

Back in Norwich again. Lovely new room and bed. Close to shops and only 4 for parking for a couple of days shopping. Friendly staff. Can't do wrong here really. Very good. Avoid nachos my only tip but will definitely stay again.

This hotel has served me very well over the last couple of years. It's easy to find, the staff can't do enough for the weary traveller and the room and restaurant are always spot on. I can't think of a better place to stay when visiting solo to see my daughter in Norwich.

I don't think I can give the hotel 5 because it has not been perfect every time, but it has always been a good stay with no major problems. When we visited last year we had...

Stayed here at the weekend in a family room with my grandchildren. Lovely, clean and very pleasant, functional room with plenty of space for our stay. The breakfast was excellent, full English and plenty of it! Pleasant staff who were most helpful. Well worth a visit any time!

This premier Inn is in the centre of the city with a public car park next door. The staff were all very good from check-in to check-out. We had a room at the back so had little noise but one of our party had a front room which had passing traffic noise. The breakfast buffet kept us full for the...

Just spent a weekend here with friends. Room good - bed comfy, although room was very warm even with no heating on! Couldn't leave window open at night as quite noisy. Good bathroom - like the well positioned and lit mirror for hair drying/putting on makeup (often there is no socket near a mirror in hotel rooms!). Breakfast ok -...
