We had a fabulous three night stay here. The property is characterful, light and airy and well maintained. The host, Bridget is so welcoming, very helpful with useful local information and the breakfasts are excellent with a good choice of fruit salad, yoghurt, cooked options. Our room was large, light and airy with an extra dressing room space. The bed was ultra comfy with lovely linen and all was spotlessly clean. Also very welcome were the extra touches of fresh milk, homemade biscuits, fudge and a daily freshening up of room. The property is located in a pretty Broads village with the added advantage of an excellent pub a few steps away. We would recommend and will definitely return when next in the area.

Amazing hosts could not be more helpful and welcoming, rooms are so clean and spotless and all areas to guests very clean. Breakfast was fresh and local produce cooked beautifully. Highly recommended to anyone to stay here.

We had booked this guest house due to the reviews and appearance of the accommodation and we were not disappointed.
If you are looking for a relaxing, beautiful spot to lay your head with hosts who will go that extra mile in ensuring you have a wonderful experience then this is the place to be. Bridgett and Roger serve delicious breakfasts and will help you in anyway they can if you require it. They strike a perfect balance of hosting without being intrusive.
Highly recommend and hope to return again.

Wanted to go to Wroxham Barns so looked for a local hotel and found the Regency Guest House. Set in a very quiet location we were welcomed with an offer of tea and shown to the room. Used to be the Post Office and full of stairs and corridors leading in different directions. Comfortable although low king size bed with plenty of tea and coffee with large cups. Breakfast was full English or salmon with scrambled egg or omelette. Cereal, yoghurt and fruit also available. Pub two doors down served very good evening meals but must book. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

A wonderful little guesthouse. Made very welcome with tea and cookies when we arrived taken in a very pretty garden. Our room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated with colourful curtains and cushions, had a very comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, wonderful choices made the evening before, served at a time to suit us and beautifully presented. The owners were extremely friendly and able to offer good advice on places to go. We will definitely return and would certainly recommend it to other.

Had a great stay. Jane and Mark were the perfect hosts. The offer of tea as soon as you arrived was very much appreciated, breakfast options were plentiful. The rooms were nicely done with the redone bathrooms a highlight. Neatishead is a beautiful village, a little off the beaten path in a good way, but still centrally located for the broads..

Our family had three rooms for a three night stay in this gem of a find. The hosts are wonderful and really can't do enough for you. The rooms are all perfect and there is also a communal lounge snug to congregate in. There is an established tranquil garden, which is being further enhanced as I write. The village is picture perfect and the local pub a few doors up is well renowned for good reason. In addition, there is a community shop selling essentials plus various artisan goodies (wine, cake & biscuits !). Special thanks to Jane, Mark & Jack !

Had two nights here and hosts Jane and Mark made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was a good size and bed very comfortable. We were told many great things to do and experience in the area. Breakfasts were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful stay. There are plenty of good walks in the area.
