This is a lovely guest house with a friendly welcome.we payed a little more for a sea view on the fourth floor which was lovely but no good if you can't climb four flights of stairs as no lift.good location and parking was free as out of season.would certainly stay again.

Lovely little Guest House on the seafront and local to lots of interesting places to visit. Very pleasant and helpful owners always on call to help. Lovely room with nice big bath which was what was needed to soak in after all the steps into town and up to the Abbey and back. Lovely breakfast to set us up for...

I liked this b&b, the beds was comfortable, breakfast was tasty and the sea view was nice, however, the windows were quite dirty so the view was a nice but...

Good Comms prior to visit and were very accommodating in the way we paid ( I feel safer using visa but didn't want to pay the percentage so waived deposit and paid on departure). It actually took a bit of finding. A combination of the street not appearing...

Location was good near central Whitby with lovely views over the beach. Breakfast was fine (fry up to order (although you had to remember to pre-order the night before) and cereals and toast etc). Room was not good. It was the family room in the attic. Ceilings were very low (my husband had to duck to walk around the end...

My wife and I visited Whitby for a couple of days in between Christmas and new year and stayed at The Riviera. We had stayed here previously and enjoyed it so much that we booked again for this trip. It's in a great location with brilliant sea views and only a short walk into Whitby town centre, the harbour and...
