    Lovely Guesthouse in a superb location for easy access to the town and the west cliff area. The owners were very friendly and the room we were given Room 1, was ideal, looking out towards the sea and gardens below. Definitely be back here soon.

    Overall I really liked it, the host was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was perfect for the centre of town. My only criticism is that on the top floor, where I was (room 8), the wifi was non-existent, which was pretty inconvenient.More

    Last minute booking for august bank holiday weekend got the last room on top floor ,room was comfortable tv ,tea and coffee facilities in room which was handy as we didn't bother with breakfast.location was fine for pubs restaurants etc lovely relaxing break

    The hosts are lovely here however there are things that prevent it being 5 stars. The positives - excellent location and discounted parking. There are amazing views of the sea. However, breakfast is only served between 8.30am and 9am which is very early when you...More

    Had a great couple of days,a cheerful,lovely couple,great views of the sea and Abbey, and very comfortable beds,close to all amenities too,we would definitely stay again.The parking situation wasn't great but it was a small price to pay :)

    Thanks for your questions. Yes the tea refills can be requested but are unlikely to be fulfilled without a Greek drama worthy of Odysseus.
