The room was nice the food was great, The only fault is no personal service we were the only two staying in the hotel the heating was not working in our room and we were on the top floor. You walk into a pub and the six rooms are above, it seemed to be run by the bar staff.

Lovely pub, good atmosphere. Food is lovely at a decent price. (the scampi is nice from there!!) Drinks are at a reasonable price too. Good if you have dogs because they allow them inside aswell......

Really friendly staff but overall standards could be improved to make the Dolphin even better. The place needs a first rate manager to take advantage of it's first rate location. Certain things let the pub down, otherwise it would have been a really good experience.

Food is great quality and good prices! Pub is dog friendly too which is important for us. Staff, as usual, were perfectly helpful and friendly! I can only...

New Year's Eve we went back again and booked a table for 7pm for food...and decide we'd stay till the end & the fireworks started. Got there at 6.45 to find someone was sat at the table which had reserved...

The noise from the pub downstairs was abit annoying and a loud band was playing till around 11pm. Not good for children. Didn't really think it was...
