Approaching the beautiful architecture that sits on the cliff tops of Whitby you hope your stay will be just as grand and my word we wasn't disappointed. The moment we arrived Richard and Natalie the owners made us feel very welcome. The interior of the house has been done very tastefully in all areas. The beds are very comfortable and...

Lovely room which was spotlessly clean, very tasteful décor throughout the guest house. The breakfasts were amazing, so much choice and beautifully laid out. The owners were extremely friendly and deserve all their 5 star ratings. I would thoroughly recommend this guest house. One tiny gripe - the mirror in room 6's bathroom is too high for a 5 ft...

Back from another lovely stay at Crescent Garden House. Richard was at the door and said "Welcome Back" and we felt so at home again. Room as clean as ever. Never stayed in Room 7 before in all of our 26 previous stays but everything needed was there. Breakfast was delicious as usual - I now make the cold museli...

We have just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at Crescent Garden House. The trip was a surprise for my husband's 70th birthday and certainly did not disappoint. Richard and Natalie had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. From the moment we walked in we were made welcome. Our room (room 5) was warm and cosy with...

Stayed at this excellent hotel for 2 nights in February. Perfect location with free parking which is a must in Whitby. We had a lower ground floor room, which i thought might be dark and noisy, but how wrong i was. Very light and very spacious, with its own front door, and would be perfect for anyone with mobility needs....

We stayed for three nights at the Crescent Garden House, and will definitely be going again. The boutique hotel is beautifully looked after, and very welcoming. We stayed in room 5, which had a sea view and also looks out over the gardens. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the shower is probably one of the best that I've...

We stayed at the CGH for a weekend in Feb. Perfect location to walk into town or along the beach, lovely hotel, friendly staff, comfy quiet room and wonderful cooked buffet breakfast. Amazing sausages ! If we go to Whitby again (and why shouldn't we!) Then the CGH is the place we will be staying

Stayed for 2 nights in a standard room on the second floor and couldn't fault it. The room was lovely: nicely decorated, quiet, large and comfortable, and the shower was amazing! Breakfast was excellent and freshly made for you. Great location, only a minutes walk to the beach and Whale Bones, and a few minutes into town. Free parking was...
