The hotel was ok, stayed for one night which was fine. I would stay again for a single night but if my stay was any longer I'm not sure I would. Don't think the price matches the product. Location good and although no parking, there is a cheap car park across the road

Friends treated me to a night away in Whitby, they booked at the last minute and only this hotel was available. Perfectly acceptable for one or two night stay. Basic but clean. Staff were friendly and helpful as on arrival there had been a mix up with the room. Had been allocated a double room rather than a twin. Excellent...

Stayed at the resolution 4 times now. Each time has been fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's in a good location with a short walk to the pier and town centre. As a couple the town itself is one of our favourites. The hotel is always accommodating although the suites are a bit hit and miss. We've stayed...

The location of the hotel is very good, unless you need to be on the sea / harbour front, it can't be bettered. No problems checking in. The young man at reception explained the parking options available ( the hotel does not have it's own car park ). We chose the ' scratch disc ' system, which allows parking in...

Great for families, think the menu is a little too posh for the decor though, preferred the old menu with the huge burgers and parmo's. Lovely helpful staff who are up for a laugh and down to earth. Also fab music love it. Would definitely recommend the Sunday carvery, beautiful turkey and Yorkshire puds
