Stayed in room 3. Dated decor. Leaking sink over carpet in the room. On trip advisor this issue was also reported a week ago. Reported to the owner who assured me it would've sorted, however it wasn't. I can't believe this bb has a 4 star rating. Amazingy the evening before we are leaving we are told there card. Machine...

Nice place cosy and comfortable.Food excellent and friendly staff . Not far from front and local pubs . Very clean and rooms are en suite.Televisions and coffee/tea facilities also hairdryer in rooms.

Allocated room 3 which overlooked back yard , bins in alleyway. Room seriously needs updating, sink in bedroom instead of bathroom I found strange, also carpet area by sink soaking wet (leak from sink I guess). Toilet roll holder barely held on wall with silicone, same for shelf in bathroom. Ceiling chandelier hadn't been dusted in months, dust on lampshades...

Weekend break with family,great B&B,lovely clean rooms,great breakfast.Only a short distance from the seafront,Parking no real problem as given a parking pass.Great friendly staff who make you feel very welcome.Would stay again.

A small quaint bed & breakfast in a good location, within easy walking distance to the Esplanade, cliffs and harbour. Although the room was very small and the bed was not the most comfortable, it was very clean and tidy. Street parking was available with a Council Permit from the hotel. Excellent breakfast starting with a good choice of cereals...

Absolutley loved it here. I've stayed in several B&B and I must say this was the nicest. The food was exceptional and the owners were very pleasant . The room all beit on the fourth floor was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would change is mugs in...

Arrived here to be greeted by a pleasant young man, got our key fob for entry to the b&b and our room. Helped with our cases to room 9 on first floor which was perfectly adequate. Order your cooked breakfast the night before at a time to suit you and it was excellent. There was also cereals, fruit, yogurts etc...
