My first time at this guesthouse in Whitby and it was stunning, my room over looked the bay and was spotless all weekend even though I trailed sand all the way upto my room. The ensuite was clean and warm and comfortable. Breakfast was great and even though I had special requests it was handled without any issues and sorted...

Lynne and George seemed to be in a world of their own, especially during our arrival and at breakfast. Odd state of affairs over getting a bit more milk for my cereal. Seemed to cause a deep discussion (?) Found rooms clean, but heating only came on for a hour in the afternoon - so generally it was cold.

I stayed here for 6 nights for the Goth weekend in a single room (no.8) and enjoyed my stay. Lynne & George were friendly. The building is nicely decorated and kept very clean. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit, cereal and cooked options which are very filling! A well stocked tea tray in the room with a nice touch...
