I won't repeat all that previous reviewers have said but I agree with pretty much everything. Bev and Martin were very welcoming, friendly and thoughtful. The house is clean and comfortable and we had a small but well furnished en suite room. They cater at breakfast for special diets and my wife who is vegan was well provided for. It's...

Just spent 3 nights in room 3 with my wife & 14 year old daughter, my daughter and I are coeliacs so aren't your straight forward guests! Martin & Bev were really welcoming right from the off, we were called the night before we were going to wish us well for the journey & establish a rough ETA, on arrival...

It was lovely meeting you all and we are so pleased you had a great time with us here at our bed and breakfast here in York. Parking is on street parking (We were made aware of this at time of booking). There are a fair few exclusion zones that require parking passes, and the spaces that don't seem to be in fairly high demand, though we found a space not too far from the B&B. Both Bev and Martin were very attentive hosts. They we very...

I stayed here recently for two nights. I usually stay in larger well known hotels, but can honestly say I was very well looked after, slept better than in my own bed and was genuinely impressed by my hosts and the amount of care they put into my stay. I will not be booking larger hotels again when in this...

My wife and I always stay at Gregory's when we visit York. It doesn't matter whether it's guests staying for the first time or 'seasoned visitors' like us, Martin and Beverly are wonderful hosts; nothing is too much trouble. Sadly, we were only able to stay for one night owing to family commitments. Rooms are very comfortable and have everything...

Me and my wife stayed at Gregory's during a break in December.
