Everything was clean and we had an en-suite....free Wi-Fi.....the full English breakfast was outstanding....the service was friendly....great B & B and...

I had stayed here 2 nights while doing a 10k in York and really loved the place, the owners were very friendly and nothing wasn't any bother. It was only a 10min walk in to the city centre. I would certainly stay here again when in the York area

The room however is very small with an even smaller bathroom, very noisy with sound travelling from other rooms and creaky floors, toilets flushing etc. When, during a dispute with the owner I was sworn at and belittled I was extremely shocked. Having run hotels & pubs myself...

My mum and her friend have just stayed here, the room was on the small side and at the very top which was a problem when mixed with alcohol, however everything else was great. The room was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The location was reasonable, with a 10/15 minute walk to the centre. The breakfast was...

The Abbingdon is perfect, easy to find, parking outside and only a 15/20 minute stroll into town. We had a budget single room each; great value for money, ensuite shower room and loo, well stocked refreshment tray, a small tele...

The single room was fine and everything one would need - en-suite (clean), coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer, comfortable bed, TV, alarm clock/radio. Breakfast included full English/cereals/toast. The hosts, Tony and Alison, were very friendly and...
