The Pitts hotel or at least that is what it should be called. I often looked to reviews on this place and thought that people were just saying nasty comments, however 3 times i have stayed here, and now this is the last time. The room was in a real bad way with heavy staining on the carpet and a...

I have no idea how this slum was given 3 stars, 2 stars would have been kind in my opinion but at 4 star prices. The place is in desperate need of decoration and new windows wouldn't go a miss either. The breakfast is ok but nothing special, the bacon was clearly left over from the day before and reheated,...

Stayed in early January and never again!Check in: that was a pleasure. Checked in by a lovely lady called Lyn, she was so pleasant and had a lovely smile, made me feel so welcome. The manager called Colin does absolutely nothing about your complaints and is very rude .if the owner does read this then please look at your rooms and refurbish then and get rid...

Shocking!! The carpet in my room must be 30 years old and looks like it's never been hovered in all that time The whole place needs completely renovating from top to bottom and they need new cleaners or should I say SOME cleaners as I don't think they have any at the moment

Good location for city trip in terms of central and opposite Morrisons but a huge amount of noise from the beer factory, I assume at night. Bedroom floor extremely used, a worn old carpet covered with bits of hair, dust etc. Toilet emitted extremely toxic smell when flushed. Room design odd with bed positioned under big trapdoor. Seating in breakfast...

We booked accommodation to attend a NYE party nearby. Upon arrival we were charged £89 for a family room. After getting into the room it was apparent the given room looked nothing like and matched the images on booking.com We had filthy net curtains, mouldy shower curtain, cracked floor tile, marked/cracked walls, exposed soil pipe housing in the bathroom, vomit...

The room was tired the bathroom was very small even in a family room that i was upgraded too. Breakfast was acceptable but not as good as the larger chain hotels around as the choice was limited. The hotel needs significant investment before i will go back. Its more like a bar with a few rooms.
