Dusty tired rooms had to get my inhaler out we were in a large party all had same complaints no apologies regarding blood on sheet no offer to change them either bar unattended tea and coffee tasted vile water left in kettle never again.

Friendly helpful staff. Room very hot so poor nights sleep as unable to leave window open as very noisy outside.Room best described as average.Located in the centre so easy access to main shopping areas and excellent night life...
This was a very basic and clean and not a bad location and the bar is decent prices only downfall is because we visited on a hot day the room was sweltering we didn't ask to move so maybe our downfall but the shower ate...More

did you report it at reception if you did it would have been sorted . the staff do there best to rectife everything .I have never had a problem and to be honest your clarification isn't defined what was the problem . ????
