Tatty, noisy and dated, Bedding & towels stained Stayed here for 4 nights on business in January 2017. Parking available close by but high price for overnight. Despite booking a room with free wifi included in the room I was told on arrival that the wifi was only available in the public areas, which were cold and unwelcoming. Overall a...

The only reason we booked this place was that it was in the central and they allowed pets. The dog found a bone underneath the bed! It looked like it had been from someone's dinner. The mini fridge was broken, tv didn't work and the shower was broken. Complained at reception and they weren't too helpful like they hear this...

Let me start by saying I've stayed in a lot of awful hotels. And this is nowhere near the bottom of the list despite the many awful reviews below. Yes it's a bit dated. Yes the glasses were nowhere near clean. No toiletries or wifi as advertised. But overall for the price and location I can't complain. Fine for a...

The room was dirty, noisy, smelt of smoke and uncomfortable. There had been some Christmas party in the room evidence by the tinsel all over the carpet. The bedding smelt like smoke and the surfaces were all sticky. I left at 3am as I could not sleep there. Stay anywhere else but here. Even if you complain, they just don't...

Where do I start ...... the whole experience was just awful. The staff at reception where really unhelpful and grumpy. The room was dirty and cramped. The mattress and pillows were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Everything I touched, from the tv remote to the hairdryer was filthy. No chair at the dressing table. I could go...

My daughter and I paid two hundred and thirty nine pounds each for a New Years eve trip for a three night stay on December 30th. We arrived in a freezing cold reception to collect our keys. The rooms were clean but the mattresses on the twin beds were so old the springs could be felt through the cover. We...

Some staff can be slow on reception and may appear unorganised, room completely fine however they do not provide complementary biscuits which made me and my partner feel very disappointed when having morning tea. After the devastating news about the biscuits we were horrified by the price of parking!
