Wires dangling and the place is a rat hole from the front it looks like the sister pub to the queen vic off EastEnders and if you drink a bit the place could look slightly better in the dark.. Have they ever used a washing machine here? all I can say is that it has been thrashed and its not...

I stayed at the Clarence on 2 occasions with 4 other 20 year old males after we were visiting a friend who is at the uni in Nottingham. We arrived around 7pm, to see there was no parking at all, but we were told it was ok to park down a side street which definitely did not look safe. We...

worst hotel I ever stayed in.I stayed in lots of places but this is by far the worst. Window tied closed with tie-raps. no parking but was told there was. I booked this hotel as I messed my booking up at the usual hotel. I didn't think places like this would be about in the UK these days I'm amazed...

Small room but slept well. Clean and good shower. Some noisy ppl in the opposite room. Made a complaint to reception. They took care of it so I could sleep. Very central, supermarket and takeaway round the corner.

Arrived at the hotel and questioned whether it was open or an abandoned building. Parked on a side street and immediately thought I would be coming out in the morning to see the van doors had been prised open, seen nicer looking slums in 3rd world countries. Walked into reception to check in and was greeted by two teenage foreign...

Horrendous!! Dirty, smelly, large plaster holes on the walls, stains on the ceiling, curling and frayed carpets. No towels, no soap, no plug for the sink. The duvet cover smelt so I thought I'd take it off only to find the duvet was ripped and full of holes. The curtains were in tatters with the largest rips being held together...

I used lateroom to book this hotel and the pictures used were fakes. I'd booked a double and got a single, it didn't look safe at all. I ended up taking my things and staying with a friend. It was dirty and a waste of money.

Upon going to the hotel the staff had no knowledge of my booking and gave me a double bed room instead of the twin room I had booked. Apparently my room wasn't available as there was an issue with the pipes. I did get a 25% discount from this, however there was only one pillow on the bed and they...

Just awful, was funny though. There was a burn on the window where it looks like someone tried to escape but the metal bars on the outside would of put their plans out of action. Wires hanging out the wall, unfortunately didn't have my multimeter so couldn't see if they were live but maybe the people who tried to escape...

I had a good time. Good service, room clean,Internet connection and all these at a good price. Personal is friendly and helpful. Located not too far away from Victoria station. Shops near by. I recommend this hotel.
