Cotswold 39 B&B is in a great location, off the main road but still central. Nicely decorated with high attention to detail and lovely breakfast. Would definitely go back if we were in the area again.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Charmaine is a lovely lady and nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was excellent and the accommodation was first class. If we are in the area again we will certainly stay there.

Stayed here for 1 night as on way to Blenheim Palace. The accommodation and service was excellent and I would recommend this highly as a place to stay. Charline was extremely helpful and as well as providing a lovely breakfast she gave us cake and tea on arrival a lovely touch

Nothing was too much trouble for Charmaine - she had thought of everything with many touches that made us feel really welcome. There was a lovely almond and raspberry cake when we arrived - home made shortbread biscuits, fresh milk available for us, and everything we needed in the bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen....

Lovely friendly place to stay, very comfortable and full of homely touches like fresh milk in a little fridge outside the room for cups of tea. There was everything we needed and the shortbread (made by Charmaine's nine year old nephew!) was delicious! Very good breakfast. Off road parking and wi-fi. Very close to the town centre but quiet.

We had tickets for the theatre and decided to stay overnight locally. Cotswolds 39 is a wonderful b&b and we're so glad we stayed! We were made to feel incredibly welcome. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and light. Breakfast was beautifully cooked as well. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area.

A very warm welcome from Charmaine who replied quickly to all my queries - the room (we stayed in 'Chipping') was very comfortable - it was large with a great ensuite and everything had been thought of. We would highly recommend and would have loved to have stayed longer and explore the area.

We stayed here for a weekend break and it was the best B&B we have ever stayed in. We had the smaller room of the two but it is still a large room (for a loft room with sloping roof), beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. Charmaine is a wonderful host, friendly with lots of local information but not too intrusive....

Me and my partner have stayed here for 5 days and we couldn't leave the place happier. Our room was small but very clean, tidy and organised. We were provided with drinking water biscuits and all the toiletries daily. Charmaine the host, was very nice and helpful lady. When we arrived we were offered a piece of cake which was...

Nestled in a quiet area just within 30 seconds of the main high street of Chipping Norton; this bed & breakfast represents quality for a comfortable stay. The room is very clean with a large en-suite with plenty of toiletries. We were very pleased with everything that was forthcoming, especially the lovely breakfast cooked by our hostess Charmaine..... She will...

“Pay the extra and get the upgraded room if you can afford to, both rooms are lovely but it would make it a bit more special.”

“My husband was on crutches and so Charmaine put us on the first floor. Maybe the upper floor would have given problems for him.”
