If this was a kennel my dogs would be at the vet's,food-rubbish . Service -could not give a monkey's in the restaurant as they had a meeting of the "ROTARY CLUB"we were treated as gullible passing trade. Never again!!!!!
We had one of the courtyard bedrooms in mid October.
One bedside table light did not work. The room was cold. We were told the central heating for the hotel had not been activated. There was an electrical heater in the cupboard. There wasn't.
I stayed for three nights on a business trip. The location was perfect, right on the river but central. The staff were friendly and helpful in all matters. My room was large, spotlessly clean, and I had a beautiful view out on to the Thames....More
