We are from nyc and I stayed at the old bank hotel with my two daughters visiting my oldest at university of Oxford. We stayed in a suite and it was perfect. Everything was wonderful...service, atmosphere, and the location is exceptional. If there was anything that I'd like to change it would be I'm 6'3" and for 3 people they...

My wife and I were looking for a hotel where we could celebrate our wedding anniversary and which was disabled friendly. The Old Bank was recommended on a web site for disabled travellers. We had room 2 which is on the ground floor just off reception. This comes with a large wet room. The location of the hotel couldn't be...

I booked this hotel based on its proximity to the town centre and the reviews left by other travellers and we were not disappointed. We were only here for one night and really wish we had booked two. The hotel offers suburb customer service, staff are very polite and professional. The rooms are clean and tidy, plenty of space and...

Excellent staff, easy parking in a city that is not car friendly, enjoyable food if a bit erring on the fast food side, comfortable room with seductive views over college roofs, just out of the door and into all that Oxford can offer. Don't know why the word 'boutique' was coined but it induces shuddering and a fear of silly...

Visited Old Bank for a couple of nights over new year. Had a great time. Room was clean and comfortable. A little bit of tlc needed to the shower. Only disappointment was the breakfast. Expensive and underwhelming. Didn't bother second morning. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Make sure you take advantage of the walking tour. Very good.

The hotel has a great location right in the centre of Oxford, with a very useful car park at the back. The rooms are stylishly decorated and very comfortable (nice bathrooms too) and all aspects of service are top notch. Can't fault it!

I stayed at the Old Bank for a work trip as it was only a short walk away from where I was based. In short the hotel is fine - in a good location, stylish decor, well furnished rooms and friendly staff. However, there are downsides which slightly let it down. The rooms at the front of the hotel only...

Thank you so much for your review. Glad to hear you enjoyed on the whole. We do certainly recommend the rear facing rooms as a quieter option but they don't afford such great views. I must apologise for your room service incident. I'm afraid my room service attendant made an error of judgment in this scenario. Indeed, such oversights such...

Stayed here with my fiancé in January....what a beautiful hotel! We stayed in room 45 on the top floor which has an incredible view and I would highly recommend. Not the biggest room but equipped with everything you could need including fresh milk in the mini bar which I always appreciate....UHT milk is never good! The only comment I have...

Very lovely hotel in the middle of Oxford with on site car parking. Very nice room, great location and bistro downstairs is fun. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend.
