Diana's Bed and Breakfast has 4 rooms ~ 2 double, 2 single. My room was on the top, third, floor and had a delightful breeze. Everything was clean and well cared for. Diane's son was gracious enough to help with my suitcase. The taxi connection didn't work as taxi drivers don't look for 2A instead of 2. Breakfast was delightful!...

We wanted to stay in Oxford for a few days and luckily found Diana's, Diana was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, the room we stayed in "Summertown" was very clean, really nice with plenty of space for clothes, lovely soft towels and the bed was really comfy. Diana presented us with a lovely cooked breakfast each morning...

I enjoyed my stay at Diana's B&B very much. It is a nice place to stay during business or family visit to Oxford. My room was quite small, but it included all the necessary facilities. The English breakfast cooked by Diana is one of the greatest impressions of my trip to the UK!

We stayed at Diana's B&B for one night, staying in the Summerton room. We found it very comfortable, although the bathroom was small. Diana was very helpful, and made an excellent cooked breakfast. There is parking available at the front, and we suggest that it is easier to catch the bus a short distance to town. There are some good...

We were here for two nights and had a very pleasant stay: the room and the bathroom were both very clean, the breakfast was very good and Diana is a very good host who know all the nice spots in Oxford and its surroundings. It is a little bit remote (walking to the city centre took us one hour) but...

I attended a conference in Oxford Brookes University and decided to stay overnight. Diana's B&B was exactly what I needed: comfortable bed, spotless ensuite, excellent location in relation to the centre of Oxford, fantastic breakfast and a brilliant host! Would definitely return to Diana's B&B the next time I'm in Oxford.

This is a B&B, that is a room in a private house. The room was clean and nicely decorated, bed ok but the bathroom is best described as a shower cubicle. Small, not so clean and only one person could use it at a time, you needed to close the door to use the wash basin and the toilet was...

Diana D, Owner at Diana's Bed & Breakfast, responded to this review

Was it American President Lincoln or Winston Churchill who said, "you can't satisfy all of the people, all of the time"? I find that the rare disappointments that I have encountered occur because of hopelessly high expectations resulting from guests not being aware of the B&B tradition or, because they actually wanted a hotel, and booked a B&B instead. An...

The room was very well appointed, clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom. The host was friendly and helpful. Diana made everything easy for me from the booking through to arriving, checking in, going out to explore, having breakfast and checking out. The house is easy to get to and very convenient for the Oxford buses.

Great location - pretty close to city. Very clean rooms - we booked a double and a single. The double with en-suite was lovely, but the single was quite small though for the price. It would have been great to have had some hand soap in the bathroom by the sink. Breakfast was really tasty. We also paid extra for...

After I made the booking, Diana sent me several emails containing various bit of information such as her exact location, how to get there from the station etc. Booking in took all of 5 minutes. My room was spacious, and had an en suite bathroom as advertised. The room was serviced every day, even though I did not expect it....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Diana's large modern home is nestled in front of a beautifully landscaped garden, found at the back. Where in the summer months you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun. During the rest of the year we take our breakfast in the kitchen-breakfast room where you will be pampered with full English breakfast or continental if you prefer. The B & B boasts about its spotless rooms. They are all equipped with flat screen SKY TV, free wifi and luxury bed and bedding. All of the rooms are non-smoking so a comfortable area outside has been provided for you in the garden. There is a common area in the hallway where you can wait for your companions or while away your time reading the literature all about Oxford and don't forget to take away a map of Oxford center so you don't aimlessly waste your time away (unless that is what you really want!). ... more   less
