Superb service and attention. Brilliant B and B. Really modern. Clean. Friendly. Great shower. Comfy bed. Andy was a great front of house - couldn't do enough. I stay in lots of hotels, usually go to premier inn etc as know what to expect but this was superb.

Wonderful experience when I stayed with a colleague for a business trip. Interior furnished to a high level yet feels intimate, and far from 'standardised'. Excellent customer service, and enthusiastically catered to a vegan diet at breakfast (mushrooms on toast and soya milk). The power shower in the bathroom was divine, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The only tiny...

Attempted to make a reservation and ask questions about the hotel to the male receptionist who referred to me as 'my friend' however he kept hanging up then rejected third and final call. After five years of experience in hospitality I have never come across more unprofessional behaviour. Hardly a glowing endorsement for the hotel.

Spent 3 nights here. Rooms very clean, staff accommodating and breakfast hot and tasty. Great locally sourced sausages. On main road into oxford town centre a short 10 minute bus ride away.Restaurants (various) and sainsburys within a 5 minute walk. Ample off street parking a bonus.

Stayed for one night - clean, good service, comfortable beds. A good choice. The breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options - all beautifully presented. The staff are attentive and friendly. Access to Oxford is 5-10 mins via a bus a minute's walk from the hotel. Better service than the taxi we used. All in all highly recommended.

We stayed in a kingside room on Wednesday night after the local hospital had no beds. The staff were amazing and the attention to detail in every manner at this hotel was exceptional. All facilities, decor, food and service is excellent. Don't look any further, stay here !

We had a very enjoyable stay with a nice room, great breakfast and excellent service. The room and bathroom were nicely furnished, clean and quiet. Ness (the owner) gave us a warm and professional welcome, helped us book a couple of very good restaurants he recommended, and managed to make you feel at home whilst serving a delicious breakfast. Excellent...

Stayed 3 nights as part of my 60th birthday celebrations. We received a warm welcome on arrival . Our room ( Queen room) was perfect - clean and cosy. Breakfasts were super, especially the home made bread which was gorgeous! Perfect location for getting into Oxford - plenty of number 2 buses going up and down the road every few...

The location is excellent; being just a short bus ride or a 40 minute walk into the city centre. This was our second stay and we were there for two nights. Unfortunately the heating in our room was not functioning - all radiators were cold and so bathroom towels remained damp and we were uncomfortably cold during the first night....

Spent a long weekend here. Monday morning down for breakfast - book in room said last orders 8.45, notice on room door indicted 9am. Went down for breakfast at 8.40. Chef eating his breakfast and we told that breakfast finished at 8.30. We did have cereal and toast, but no cooked breakfast. Would have expected a little leeway here, particularly...
