Stayed here for two days in middle December. The Hotel was a delightfully quaint place tucked away down a cobblestone walkway, just a few min walk from the main Broad Street. From the well appointed and cosy rooms (and the tiny bathroom with its awkardly tilted floor) to the quaint breakfast room (and a small but delicious breakfast spread), and...

Stayed her for a single night and for a hotel in the middle of Oxford it is extremely good value for money. The rooms are small but well furnished and with a good amount of space for bags etc. Nice, personable service from the staff and we felt very welcome. Great place for an affordable stay in the centre of...

Cosy little b&b tucked away down a cobbled street in historic Oxford. I was in a smallish room - very warm (important in December), clean and lots of history everywhere. Continental breakfast was good; you can get a cooked breakfast too. Good location - a 5 min walk into town. A must for history or classics lovers!

I've stayed here numerous times over the past 15 years and can report the Bath Place Hotel is as good a ever. Highly recommended if you want a charming English experience. If you want corporate modern accommodations, go elsewhere. If you want Oxford charm and a great location, this is the place to be. The facilities are very old, but...

Stayed here for a quick weekend away in Oxford. The hotel is in a good central location located down a pretty little cobbled alleyway and is very handy for the Bodleian Library etc and is located just off an alleyway next to the Bridge of Sighs. You can walk to the train station from there (~15 mins) or get a...

Lovely friendly staff and a great location. Rooms are very small as is typical in cities like Oxford but the beds are well sized and was happy to find that the Bath Place bathrooms actually contain baths! (With gorgeous taps I might add) Breakfast was also very good and the service once again professional yet very friendly and personal.

This is a small hotel ideal for visiting Oxford; it could not be more centrally placed, at the end of a short passage which comes off a road with almost no traffic so it's very quiet. The buildings are 17th century, which means that nothing is level or straight; embrace it - it's truly charming. The room was a good...

I have stayed at the Bath Place Hotel four times, and if you want to immediately experience a feeling of being at the heart of historic and picturesque Oxford, this is the place to go. The hotel comprises a series of picturesque seventeenth-century cottages and buildings which have been converted in a higgledy-piggledy fashion into a charming hotel. It is...

This is one of the oldest continually operating lodging establishments - it was clean but rather on the dingy side of quirky. Had room 4 which over looks a much used pathway and The Turf Tavern - a gent was passed out on the path, right outside our window on arrival - which was incredibly noisy as promised by other...

We have been coming to stay at the Bath Place hotel since 2013. We found it when looking for a central place in Oxford to stay in when bringing our son to university here. For the past three years we have stayed at the Bath Place hotel several times a year. It has always been a wonderful, welcoming, comfortable place...
