We have just spent a night dinner, bed and breakfast with our two children. We booked for a half way stop on our return from holiday and to explore oxford. Unfortunately we had booked the wrong date for a week earlier and was contacted to find our arrival time. The hotel could not off been more accommodating and found us...

We chose this Hotel because of the price. It turned out to be perfect for our needs. It is outside the town of Oxford and surrounded by garden and trees. Very quiet and peaceful setting. We did not visit the town of Oxford so no first hand information on that, but confident it was within easy reach. We were advised...

The Westwood Hotel is an excellent place to stay in relative close proximity to Oxford University. We stayed one night and were treated very well by the hotel and restaurant staff. We were made to feel very welcome and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Beautiful hotel, staff really friendly and the room was clean and lovely. It is surrounded by woodland but it is very close to the centre and was only a short trip in the car. Would have happily stayed longer. I would happily visit again. Recommend!

Me and my wife visited the Westwood Hotel last weekend. I have to say it is a wonderful place staffed by wonderful friendly people. The hotel room was comfortable and clean and had gorgeous views and the breakfast was superb. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip, nothing is too much trouble for the staff they...

The setting is great - set amongst the trees just west of Oxford. The staff are helpful, almost to a fault, but really too many things don;t work well enough. There is non-existent wifi in the rooms (there's no excuse for this - simply a decision not to put in powerful enough signal boosters); the breakfast arrangement has been copied...

What makes this place is the staff. They are all so kind and nothing is too much trouble. I really enjoyed my stay everything is so clean. I warn you in advance that you should set an alarm as the beds are that comfortable you may sleep in (I did) I would highly recommend the west wood hotel to anyone....

A lovely modernised hotel with a great feel about the place. It's just off the A34 (Boars Hill turn off i believe and in that direction) and you avoid all the queue's into Oxford) by going a short distance the other way. You can also get easily into Abingdon avoiding the A34 as well. Anyway, very efficient reception, friendly bar...
