This hotel is in the welcome break services area, not well sign posted when you come off the motorway and into the services. It is a no frills hotel but has all that is needed to have a pleasant stay. Certainly no noise was noticeable and the staff were attentive. Driving time to Oxford 20 minutes and the route into...

stayed on weekend. Very convenient if you are ok to drive 15-20 min. to oxford. Public transport also available. Plenty of option in services to eat. it was value for money, got a breakfast deal. Full English buffet, nicely cooked and on top of that other options also offered by waitress. Bit upset with housekeeping on cleaning and every time...

Booked this hotel during travel through the Midlands. As this hotel was strategically located I booked an executive room at GBP75.- The hotel is very conveniant locationwise, south of Oxford next to M40. No noise of traffic and Welcome Break (Starbucks, WH Smith) etc. next door. Restaurant is conveniant as well but for good dining it is worth considering driving...

Check in was efficient and fast, and most staff were good. The room was missing a TV handset, the phone didn't work to call down for a replacement and there were lights out in the bathroom. There was little space as there was an extra bed in the room. Service in the restaurant was slow and the chef came and...

Booked for 9 nights and wished I hadn't. The twin rooms are too small,No A/C or any type of air change so the rooms are a thousand degrees during the day, being able to open the window 2inches doesn't help, extract fan in bathroom doesn't work so shower heat adds to the ambiance, that's if you can get in the bathroom due to...

Had 2 rooms booked for 1 night - quite adequate for our needs. Restaurant good - did have to send the burger back as not at all pleasant - but it was deducted from the bill with no hassle. Good to have wifi . Did find it a little difficult to find as the sat nav kept taking us away...
