Lovely small hotel close to everything. Clean modern rooms, a nice bar and restaurant and an amazing, helpful staff. We only statyed one night, but we will definitely stay again when in Oxford. The "Hop on - Hop off" bus stop is less than a block away and you could walk into town as well. We had a ground floor...

Just celebrated our anniversary dinner here at 66a restaurant . The meal was cooked and presented beautifully and the staff very helpful and attentive. It was exceptional value for money and would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends for a great dining experience

This seemed like the ideal place to stay for a short break and attending a wedding in Oxford. Plus points: central location and quality of the food was good. The waiter and waitress who served us tea were very friendly and obliging. Negatives: 1) Off hand manner of the reception staff 2) Shabby rooms 3) Stained chair in bedroom -...

OK for a business trip, but in no way outstanding. No sports facilities, but close to parks, so at least good for runners. Good English breakfast, free wireless LAN, but small rooms, on the expensive side. Good location for work at university colleges.

We stayed here on a Sunday night. Whilst waiting to check in we had a sandwich in the bar – just about the best BLTs we've ever had, and beautifully presented. Our room was on the first floor. Having stayed in a great many five and even six star hotels over the years, this is the first we've been in...

Friendly and efficient staff, everything looks very nice. Room was clean but the chair and bed should have been replaced years ago--they were extremely worn and uncomfortable. The bed creaked and was lumpy hard, not conducive to a good night's sleep. I mentioned this upon check out but wasn't offered anything more than "sorry"--which is not really good enough at...

My wife and I stayed for a couple of days in Oxford and chose the Cotswold Lodge Hotel for our sojourn. The Hotel has its own car park, so this was very convenient and is well located slightly out of the city centre, but within an easy walk. The bedroom, No 55, was large and well appointed with a super...

Two night stay. Didn't do breakfast as straight out of the hotel and across the main road is a shop (Vinny's) that does superb coffee and hot sandwiches. Sit in if need be too. That suits us better so we just used that for breakfast on the go. Hotel spotlessly clean, nice staff, very comfortable surroundings. The walk into town...

This property is only an easy ten minute walk into the centre of Oxford. There is free on site parking too! It is a lovely old building and our room was really beautiful. It was very spacious with lovely lounge chairs to relax on and a great bathroom. The breakfasts were really great and the bar area was great to...

I must say upon first arrival, we were greeted in a very friendly manner by the Staff. Our rooms were on the first floor, Numbers 51 and 52. I said to my Mrs and daughter, this is nice. We booked an evening meal for the evening and the Menu looked very appetising. It was then off into Oxford for some...
